Chad Atwell

Director, HCM Product Strategy

Oracle

Chad Atwell has more than 20 years of experience in human capital management, first as a practitioner, then as a consultant with Aon Hewitt, and now as a product strategy leader for Oracle HCM Cloud. He uses his extensive background in performance and compensation to design innovative solutions for how the twenty-first century workforce is rewarded.

A key advantage to modernizing HR technology is the ability to provide broader, self-service access to all levels of management. This accountability for the messaging and decisions regarding their teams is a key consideration for any organization and can be a major disruption if not handled correctly. The intuitiveness of technology can only go so far—HR must execute effective training and communication as well. In this session, learn how Compass Minerals is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud to drive faster, better-informed decision-making in one of the most costly (and complicated) areas: employee compensation. Attendees also hear how Compass Minerals was able to combine financial metrics with its incentive calculations to help employees understand the final payouts.

More and more compensation teams are realizing the benefits that cloud technology can offer for changing talent needs around the globe.
